We’ll be honest with you, it’s not easy to find a decent foot spa.

Some are too noisy, some are too narrow and some have mechanical problems, so in order to find the best foot spa, we had to do some digging.

The good news is…we found 8 them! Some of them were just plain rubbish, so we decided to show you two great foot soaks that will help you maximize your foot spa experience.

You’re on your way to cleaner, healthier feet!

How to Shop for One

A few things to remember as you’re shopping for a foot spa:

  • You Get What You Pay For. With this type of product, we’re going to have to start our guide out by discussing pricing. You get what you pay for when it comes to a foot spa, so the cheaper it is, the lower the quality will be.

It’s up to you how much you want to spend, and even a cheap one might meet your need and expectations, but in general, the more expensive spas have a higher price tag because the technology used in them is better. For something reliable, you’ll probably be looking at $100 or so.

Just something to keep in mind as you shop!

  • Make Sure It Fits. Find out what the inside length of the spa is in order to make sure your feet will fit in it.

Those of you with larger feet may not fit in certain spas, so if you have any doubts, measure everything before you purchase!

  • Noise Level. Find out the noise output of the machine if you feel like this could be a distraction. When you have sleeping babies or don’t want to disturb the rest of the household when you turn it on, it’s important to find one with a quite motor.
  • Warranty. With a product like this, it’s best to find one with some kind of warranty. Especially the electric ones we feature on our list below.

Foot Soak

Number 10 will help you soak the fungus and bacteria right out of your nails and feet, along with softening the skin and relieving sore foot muscles.

Check out the entire list of ingredients:

The results can be slow if you have a bad fungal infection under the nail, so don’t expect night and day results after just a week! If you stick with it, though, the results will be so rewarding.

That tea tree oil really works!

If you’re not a fan of the tea tree smell or you don’t have a fungal problem to fight, then you might enjoy number 4. It is an Epsom salt and lavender oil soak. Relaxing for you and great for your feet!

Top 3 Best Foot Spa Reviews

1. Carepeutic Ozone Waterfall Foot and Leg Spa

If you’re looking for the ultimate foot experience from a reliable piece of equipment, then the Carepeutic Ozone Waterfall is the best foot spa on our list.

If you can lift it (it weighs 20 pounds) and you can afford it (it’s expensive), then it certainly won’t let you down.

It combines heat, massaging air bubbles and a rolling massager to help soothe your feet and lower leg muscles. It also uses ozone therapy to increase your body’s amount of oxygen intake.

Due to the price and the weight, we understand that this might not be the best choice for everyone. If you’d like something lighter and less expensive, then take a look at the next option!

2. Inomata Foot Detox Massage Spa Bucket

“A bucket?” you ask? Yes, that’s right. A simple, straightforward bucket.

If you want something lighter in weight (when there is now water in it) and that allows you to simply soak your feet, this is a perfect solution.

It’s long enough and wide enough to fit a variety of feet and the base has ergonomically placed bumps that match the shape of your feet.

Just add some comfortably hot water, your favorite foot soak and relax.

The nice thing about this is that you don’t have to worry about any mechanical failures or parts not working. This also means that you won’t get a bubbly massage, but if you want something less expensive and reliable, this is the way to go!

3. The FootMate System Foot Massager & Scrubber

If you can’t lift heavy buckets filled with water and you want to clean your feet, you can take the FootMate System right in the shower with you.

It has suction cups on the bottom so that it will stick to the base of your tub or, if you really want to get creative, you could use it together with the bucket option above in order to scrub your feet as they soak.

This would be a great tool for those with certain disabilities or for the elderly during shower time. If you have a sturdy, shower-appropriate stool to sit on, you can just plop this down in the shower, have a seat and scrub your feet. No buckets required. Just wash and rinse as you go. It comes with a handy foot gel, too!

Obviously, this isn’t the foot spa of everyone’s dreams, so if you’re looking for something similar to number 1 that costs less, then have a look at the other great options on our list.
